About the Class
Mastering how to stir-fry will save you time and money, while also making meal preparation less stressful. Using just a single cooking vessel, you can quickly transform common pantry items and a wide variety of fresh produce into healthy and delicious meals. Its flexible approach can readily accommodate everyone’s diet, budget, and time constraints. Stir-fried dishes can be dressed up or down for any occasion, and this method’s versatility makes it easy to experiment with new flavors and combinations. And let’s not forget the best part: there’s only one pan to wash up when you’re done!
At the end of this session, you will be able to confidently make a delicious meal with a host of different vegetables and meat combinations. You will be able to buy what looks fresh in the market and easily assemble those ingredients into a flavorful, nutritious dish without a recipe.
